Job Description:

Position Summary

You will be responsible for providing local store marketing support to company and franchise restaurants. Must have experience in managing local marketing programs through the implementation of marketing programs that drive sales and increase brand awareness. This position will work closely with brand marketing to create, maintain and strengthen the brand through Grand Openings, third party delivery, catering, and reaching audiences through local events.

Essential Functions:

  • Build local store marketing plans that are strategically aligned with overall brand objectives for the year and drive traffic.
  • Monitor business performance on a store level, including competitive environment, consumer trends and opportunities
  • Analyze, summarize, and publish program results for distribution internally and to the franchises.
  • Conduct market research, develop and implement local store marketing plans and projects for new and existing locations
  • Manage the productivity of local marketing plans and projects
  • Determine and manage the local store marketing budget
  • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
  • Monitor, review and report on all local store marketing activity and results
  • Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
  • Create marketing presentations
  • Monitor industry best practices
  • Local Store Marketing training, including presentation to franchisees and marketing webinars.
  • Gathering and sharing of marketing best practices among franchises
  • Maintain brand standards and creative guidelines

Experience and Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
  • Very strong business acumen
  • Flawless execution
  • Advertising agency experience a plus
  • Strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic fast paced environment

  • Experience with franchise a plus.
