Gatti’s Pizza is looking for reliable, positive people who love to work while leading others to make the "Best Pizza in Town."

Not just a manager but a leader. We need people who are ready to lead at the front line of our business. We are looking for doers and showers; the kind of people who never stop learning, and never stop teaching. Are you the kind of person who still believes that the guest is king? That guest service shouldn’t be dead? That great food can still be had, without breaking the bank? Then why not put your talents to work for Gatti’s Pizza.

Our Shift Leaders operate our restaurants on a shift by shift basis. They learn management skills from their GM’s and apply them to the team. This is an upwardly mobile position. Great shift leaders become great Assistant Managers and General Managers. We believe in promoting from within.

Your primarily role is to excel at customer service and food production, be a leader by example, and be willing to learn and never stop learning. The ability to multitask and supervise multiple team members is part of the job, but this is not a sit and manage job. This is a job to lead and set direction for all team members at the store level during any given shift, emphasizing the importance of core values and driving the culture of our brand; energetic, driven, motivational role model for others.

Leadership and staff who care about quality makes Gatti’s Pizza the "Best Pizza in Town."

Gatti’s Pizza is looking for reliable, positive people who love to work while enjoying the beautiful Austin outdoors.

It’s not delivery, it’s……… But it should be delivery. When it’s done right, no-one can match pizza made in a pizzeria. But most people in this busy world don’t want to go get it themselves because they are tired and busy.

Delivery Drivers get food to our guest’s door. As the only face to face contact with a lot of our guests, drivers are the face of Gatti’s Pizza to the delivery guest. They are responsible for making sure that dinner is right, hot and on time.

Your primary role is to deliver Gatti’s food to our guests. As a driver you will use your own car, your knowledge of Austin, and your awesome guest service skills to provide dinner. When done right, this can even lead to tipping by the guest.

Our Delivery Drivers also provide support to the people that are working in the restaurant and can be asked to perform job functions of both Food Production Team Member and Guest Service Team Member as well.

Great guest service makes every meal better, and this is what we look for at Gatti’s Pizza.
